When I pick up the car, it is not even the same car nor the similar type, and they asked me to upgrade to a Toyota RAV4 by paying $30/a day. That is not what I want and made me a little bit unhappy.

非常糟糕的一次体验, 一个貌似拉美的中年女士, 被她狠狠黑了145加币的保险, 再三告诉她我不需要保险, 给她看了提车单, 再三说不要她们的保险. 租车的时候什么也不说, 不解释, 就是划这里, 这里, 签字, 问了要交钱吗, 说不用, 只收500加币押金.. 还车的时候发现信用卡被刷了145. 才说这里, 这里, 这里都是保险, 你都是同意了, TNND, 租单上全是简称和缩写, 太信任她们了.
