First-class service not only for car rental but also covering post sale: I left my camera tripod in the rented car and didn\'t realize that until arriving home in China. I contacted OLA for help and they found it for me promptly,offering to return it to me by mail. A reliable and customer-oriented company indeed.

还车后，索赔审核很快处理并打款，这个很赞，总体服务满意，以后还是会继续租租车
出机场没有门店，会有人在出境大厅接头，带去停车场拿车，态度还不错、没有推销
