取车前跟车行客服确认过订单，也收到车行邮件说定的车已经备好，结果柜台说没有这款，推荐其他款，说柴油车价格很便宜。结果费用是订单的两倍多，同事看也没看就签字取车了，同事以为金额翻倍是刷的预售。可气的是柜台根本没说换车升级。这种升级，提示客户是起码的。
