过程流畅，员工态度可以，但是取车店人手短缺，对车辆状态不熟知（最基础的有无损伤等问题没有告知），也没有一同验车（哪怕10秒钟的看一圈外表）
责任心超强，第一次体验到平台比自己还紧张的情况，会很放心再在租租车平台租车
