排队时间长，Europcar的提车点这有2个工作人员，一个在柜台接待，一个负责提车和交车，忙得不可开交。我们自己第一辆车就是手动挡，好歹也开了10年，当时这次老革命遇到了新问题。取车时发现大众golf旅行车没有手刹，坡上起步居然难住了！求助了几次，都没响应。等了半个小时，才来告诉我们有电子手刹，指导了一下。
